Simple Will Package - $75.00 per person. This low price includes ALL of the three following documents:
Last Will and Testament – a legal document that indicates a person’s intentions regarding money, property, and familial obligations after that person’s death.
Durable Power of Attorney – a legal document that allows another person the ability and authority to act on your behalf even in the event you might become incapacitated or disabled.
Georgia Advance Directive for Health Care – a legal document that allows another person to make healthcare decisions for you. This document further specifies your wishes as to certain healthcare issues.
