Joint Tenancy Quitclaim Deed Preparation – A legal document that allows parties to hold title to real property as joint tenants with rights of survivorship rather than as tenants in common – this means that if parties hold title as joint tenants and one party dies, the other party automatically gets the property without the need and expense of the probate court, and regardless of where a Will might direct the deceased’s property to go - $125.00 (includes cost to record).
2. Durable Power of Attorney Preparation – A legal document that allows another person the ability and authority to act on your behalf even in the event you might become incapacitated or disabled. - $100.00
3. Georgia Advanced Directive for Health Care Preparation – A legal document that allows another person to make healthcare decisions for you. This document further specifies your wishes as to certain healthcare issues - $100.00
4. Last Will and Testament Preparation – A legal document that indicates a person’s intentions regarding money, property, and familial obligations after that person’s death. $250.00 (simple will)
